We offer Evidence-based support to build resilience, navigate life’s challenges and enhance you mental well-being. Support can be provided as short-term guidance or as part of an ongoing, longer-term process.

Our services

  • Therapy can provide valuable support during challenging times, when life feels overwhelming or when mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, or other difficulties arise. It offers a safe space to explore your feelings, recognize patterns, and work toward healing and personal growth.

    In our work together, we adapt therapeutic methods to your individual needs and circumstances. The process usually begins with one or two initial sessions, where we explore your current challenges and identify the areas where you most need support. From there, we decide together whether therapy is the right path for you and develop a personalized plan to guide your journey.

    Through therapy, you can gain clarity, strengthen your coping strategies, and create meaningful change, allowing you to live with greater freedom, balance, and resilience. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or every two weeks, depending on your needs and goals.

  • We provide counseling and support for teenagers and young adults on a wide range of issues, such as academic stress, peer pressure, family conflicts, anxiety, depression, identity questions, and the transition into adult life.

  • Your Challenge:

    Things don’t feel quite right. Conflicts may surface subtly — or perhaps openly. Needs remain unmet and are no longer (or not sufficiently) addressed. Communication often becomes imbalanced or breaks down completely.

    Our Approach:

    Together, we will walk step by step through the landscape of your challenges, starting by identifying the issues that weigh on your relationship. We support you in acknowledging problems with honesty and clarity — without minimizing, glossing over, or downplaying them. Once this clarity has been established and given the attention it deserves, we help you shift from a problem-focus to a solution-focus. Whether this requires many small steps or one significant leap is something you will decide. At this stage, two guiding questions will accompany us: What needs to end? What is meant to begin anew?

    How We Work with You:

    We work systemically — which means we look beyond the immediate dynamics of your relationship and consider the broader context: Who or what plays a role in your partnership and should be taken into account?

    We use well-founded methods from psychology and psychotherapy, while ensuring that you always set the pace and depth — with full clarity about which topics you wish to explore, and which you do not. Not every pot has to be opened.

    We work with both individuals and couples.

Our Approaches:

Therapy
When emotional burdens or old wounds are holding you back in everyday life.

Therapy is about understanding your feelings, recognizing inner patterns, and initiating healing. Compared to coaching or counseling, therapy often looks deeper into the past in order to help you live more freely in the present.

Therapy is especially helpful when dealing with clinical or psychological conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, or other mental health concerns.

In our experience, regular sessions — weekly or every two weeks — are most helpful here.

Coaching / Counseling
When you are seeking clarity, orientation, or change.

Coaching focuses on the road ahead: What goals do you have? Which resources can you draw on? What steps will move you forward? We support you in finding answers to the most pressing questions.

In counseling, we provide you with concrete guidance and show you possible ways to resolve your problems.

In our experience, coaching or counseling is often effective in individual sessions — or as regular meetings spaced further apart (for example, every 4–6 weeks).
